Calmer Kids Groups for Teenagers
Calmer Kids is a 6-week group program for teenagers who are suffering from stress, anxiety,
panic, or trauma.
Group participants learn to manage their physical and emotional symptoms through body-orientated therapies such as: breathing; mindfulness; meditation; relaxation techniques; and yoga.
Groups are held for one hour a week after school during school terms.

If you want to participate in the Calmer Kids groups, you can seek a Mental Health Treatment Plan which includes group therapy sessions. You can then claim a Medicare rebate.
